When did you first start using drugs? Age?

I was 21 (but maybe 22). I was corrupted by my boyfriend. He was a bit of a pothead at the time, and although I was pretty anti-drug, in the name of curiosity and trying to understand him better, we decided to make a batch of pot cookies with cherry oil. I only ate half a cookie (1/14 of a gram of oil) but that experience remains one of the most fucked up I've ever been, off of any drug. Wasn't until a year or two later that I tried any harder drugs, i.e. mushrooms. So yeah, I'm a "late bloomer"... looks like I'm the second latest on the poll so far.
 
Just after my eighteenth birthday I began smoking and everything just picked up from there. Nothing during high school though since I didn't want to mess up my college choices.
 
I smoked weed for the first time when I was 15 and by 16 had tried all the major opiates and a few benzos. At that time I loved pharms and weed. Then just after turning 17 I tried acid and fell in love. Now I rarely doing anything besides pyschs and smoke.
 
Still don't drink alcohol or smoke (anything: MJ, nicotine, crack). When 25 started snorting cocaine, then shooting cocaine, then shooting tar heroin. Dropping Oxys, plugging roxies, plugging H and coke, tried plugging crystal methamphetamine. Dropping dexedrine and adderal. Dislike amphetamines. Back to banging black tar & white girl. At 27 addicted to heroin, been on it 6 or 7 months straight, daily use, multiple times shooting up a day. Will be a tough one getting off but would like to desperately.
 
The first drug I used was marijuana at age 18. This was also the same age I had my first beer. Actually, both of those things happened in the same night. The only other drug I have had was MDMA and I did not drop my first pill until I was 20 years old. I am now 22 and would like to try some other drugs. I just don't know what I want yet.
 
i clicked 15. i started drinking at 14, had my first cigarette and smoked weed when i was 15, did my first drug (mushrooms) at 16, then started doing any and all drugs shortly thereafter... and here i am 22 years old.
 
for the longest time i always called cigarettes the first drug i ever consumed but its actually hydrocodone, for a chest infection i had. that shit was like candy to me. i remember telling my mom i felt like i was in a dreamland!
 
Started smoking weed at 13, xanax and drinking at 14, LSD and X at 15, coke ciggs shrooms at 16 i think.. valium, ghb, ketmine, speed, and of course my love oxy at 17. fexeril, soma, merinol at 18 and i dont think ive tried anything new recently
 
started with weed at 16...then went Mach 3 after that.

2 weeks after smoking i took my first lines of coke, after that things pretty much haven't stopped.

And I've learned not to seek out drugs, they find me at the appropriate time
 
I was 14 years old when I encountered my dream substance... I love everything about that classification of drugs even the herbal variety's that people say are extremely dangerous.

Yeah, sorry for long post jittery right now! But Diphenhydramine at age 13 and Deliriants have become my favorite drug class ever.

Oh and then I just used Rx drugs (still do) and occasionally do some "hard stuff" like ket or coke. Yeah I only did smoke pot once and hated it alot.
 
I first used codeine recreationally (leftover from oral surgery) at the age of 12. Weed came a few months after and from there the good (although occasionally hazy and/or crazy) times started rolling.
 
I began my drug experimentation (so to speak) around age ten, giving pills from the medicine cabinet to my pet laboratory rats. They got high. Some died. The question remained. 'how does it feel'?

At age thirteen with some friends camping by the river. We had a baggie full of meperidine tablets. 'Is the sun rising? No way'. We nodded good and proper. Hooked.

i smoked weed w/ my older brother when i was 12 and around the same time i started taking benzos and other Rx drugs my parents had around. and the train just kept a-rollin' after that...
 
I smoked weed when I was 15 and didn't really like it that much the first time (or subsequent times either.) I was a self conscious kid and used to get very insecure and paranoid.

Tried meth a year after that and loved it. Became an infrequent recreational meth user on and off for the better part of 15 years and never became a serious daily user thank god.

The same year (16 years old) I tried meth I also had shrooms for the first time but I was in a really shitty social setting full of people I didn't like. My later shroom experiences all rocked.

Finally dropped acid at 17 and loved the experience. I was 18 or so when I read a faq about dxm and did a lot of experimentation with that.

I discovered research chems such as 5-meo-dipt etc.. from the internet in my 20's and played around with those for awhile. Also tried coke for the first time and my only thought was "what's the fuss?" I also did some oxycontin but i'm not a big fan of opiates.

I'm in my 30's now and I hardly ever drink or do any drugs mainly because i'm busy a lot. I'll treat myself to just about anything if I have the time and the occasion.
