When can I roll again?

So for what ever reason, the other day I popped a SSRI, please don't ask why. Just wondering when I would be able to drop some MDMA and roll. I only popped the SSRI that one day and haven't done MDMA for over a month before that night.
 
One random SSRI should be no biggie, just roll whenever you want to providing you haven't rolled in a month or so.
 
Which SSRI was it and what dose? They all have different half-lives. Paroxetine (Paxil) and sertraline (Zoloft) have average half-lives of about a day, but for fluoxetine (Prozac) it's typically 2-3 days. After a single dose of any of them, you should be back to normal in no more than a week.

The SSRI I took was Escitalopram(Lexapro) 30mg. Just happy to know it wont affect my roll as much as I thought it would.
 
Accoding to wiki, Escitalopram has a half life of 27-32 hours and I think a compound is thought to be completely eliminated when it has gone through 4 half lives. So if you do the math, 32*4 =128 hours or 5.3 days. If you can afford to wait for 5 days, then that would be optimal, otherwise as others mentioned, your roll might be weakened.

IMHO, you should wait in the interest of preventing Serotonin Syndrome.

Really!?!? Can you link something for that? My counseller (fail spelling) suggested SSRI's for me but i know they can affect rolling, but didn't realise it was that extreme?
