Misc Wheelchair bound from nitrous

I went hard for a few months on nitrous last year. What finally got me to stop was my toes started going numb. I was aggressively supplementing methylated b12 but it didn't matter at a certain point.

My toes were numb for over 2 months. So numb that they hurt. My b12 levels were low for 6+ months after. It took almost a year for my body to recover.

I gotta interject here and say either you aren't doing as much nitrous as you claim or something else is off.

For me after about 0.5L per day, after 6 weeks I began having clear neuropathy (in my 30s). My b12 levels were low for months afterwards, regardless of taking aggressive doses of methylated b12.

Nitrous isn't some poisonous gas by any means, most of our air is some combination of nitrogen + oxygen... but its also not good for you and not harmless by any means. Nitrous addiction typically leads to permanent damage compared to a lot of other drugs.
Ya fucking 3 to 4kg a day is fucking insane and there's no way there's no damage there mfs just so high he cant tell imo bc thats wild that or hes a mythical unicorn
