Tramadol is a strange pill......I don't know of one person that it actually helped with their pain.
I do know several people that would get high off it &: stayed high for like 10 hours, lol!
I guess its like Morphine & Codeine, some peoples body chemistry break it down well while others can't.

Tramadol works better for me in many ways than Heroin, certainly more than Morphine and Oxys. I would probably prefer decent H overall, but the comedown is much tougher....and the re-dosing so intense. Plus, on some occasions, I’ve caned a ton of H, only to find that 3 50mg trams cut through really nicely - especially once you’ve ben up all night already - and really give you a lift.
That being said, I mainly use opiates to give me motivation to write music, and/ or socialise. Not nod out. Never understood that bit - maybe you have to have a proper habit to nod out as soon as you’ve had a hit. I can understand nodding out when you’ve been up re-dosing gear for hors and hours....or even the next day, but never had it straight off.
Another weird thing with Trams is that I can drink WAY more when on them than I can without - almost like speed. I must have the metabolism that works well with them. I never exceed the recommended daily dose, but do frequenctly mix them with alcohol and benzos (in small amounts at the end of the night

As said, I listed it as my 2nd favourite drug and I agree that it's a terrible pain killer. However, the high that it gives really used to appeal to me when I had it.
I'd take Codeine over Tramadol for pain relief tbh.

I prefer larger doses of Hydrocodone because it doesn't make me as speedy and seems to last longer(I'm on bupe now,but have been taking lower doses, and suprisingly have a good buzz from 70mg of hydrocodone today + 2mg of Klonopin). Hydromorphone, but it's really all about the rush, buzz doesn't last long enough. Oh methadone is pretty good also if you are not on it for maintaince. Some people love bupe, but I'm gueseing those are people who are not on it for maintance...
