Whats your favourite kind of music to dance to on MDMA?

Dub (proper old dub) , Dnb...... really enjoying bassnectar again at the moment.

At a recent festival Benga, Skream and Doorly absolutely killed it :)

Hardstyle! Especially the more melodic stuff - Brennan Heart, Headhunterz, A-Lusion. Happy hardcore. Anything else with that hard fast beat. I love any music when rolling, but I can only dance if it has a strong beat. Everything else makes me want to sprawl on the floor with my eyes closed and soak it up.

To the second question...I talk to everyone. A LOT. Get in photos with randoms while looking completely fucked, and not remembering until said photos are uploaded. Jump around, attempt to dance "properly" then just give up and keep jumping around.

I prefer trance. But I have no problem listening to the other genres of electronica. I havent rolled while listening to dubstep, so I can't say that I would like it. Of course it has been a while since I have rolled. If some really good pills showed up, and I knew that it wasn't piperzine, I may consider doing it again. But for the most part, its over for me. I still listen to the music tho.

Anything is good when rolling. But the new Miike Snow album really opens up when you're rolling compared to normal. It's odd. I've never felt that way with an album before.

Also, the lights are what matter for me, so because of that I lean towards EDM more than rock. Although Tools light show was pretty special when I saw it last year.

Any toughness of Progressive, Techno, Trance, Breaks, Drum 'N Bass.

But really, my all time, get me going all out, would have to be synthetic tech-trance. Think Christopher Lawrence from 1997-2001. Great melodies, (sometimes with a bass lead) high hats, kick drums, cymbals! More cowbell!

I like it hard. I like it fast (136-140 BPM). Melody, key changes, but NO wailing divas. NO strings. NO piano. Yes synthesizer. Yes Live PA Sets. Spoken word samples only. Like an except from "The Matrix" or "Cypher".

God I miss the 1990's. Thankful I caught the tail end of the peak. But still so nostalgic.

I really wish I could get into Techno, the crowd/vibe seems really cool.

You totally should - there ain't no people like techno people <3 :)

you just keep going to techno nights til you like it innit. IF you don't like the music, fine, just talk nonsense to people there, you'll get in to it soon enough. That's how I got started anyway =D
