Vitamin B Complex.

Can any problems develop from taking too much Vitamin B12?

Not really. Vitamin B12 taken orally is poorly absorbed by the body.

There are reports that large doses of B12 taken with large doses of Vitamin C can result in dry mouth and ear or nose bleeding. But the doses talked about are even above the mega dose range.

Maximol - a liquid supplement containing 69 trace minerals and heaps of vitamins incl B complex and amino acids as well as fulvic acid and a bit of this and a bit of that.
It's the most complete thing I know of if it has to be just ONE I can use . .

But I'm a bit like AznRaver and my list of things I love to take is huge . . .

Is it possible to overdose on vitamin B12?

Follow the instructions that come with any vitamin or mineral supplement. Problems are uncommon for vitamin B12 supplementation.
o However, diarrhea, itchiness of the skin, or more-serious problems do infrequently occur.
o Report any side-effects to a physician.

[Note: It is possible for adverse symptoms to be caused by food proteins; some individuals are allergic to fish.]
