What's your favorite opiate/benzodiazepine combo?

When you take benzos and opiates together, how do you determine ROA and timing so they match up to the greatest effect?

Which of the benzos do you guys think is the strongest potentiator?

I'm afraid my tolerance has gotten sadly out of hand: I have 4 100mcg fentanyl patches on with a heating pad and 3 more in my mouth (two buccal, one sublingual) and...nothing. I just got out of a 10 week hospital stay and all the stuff they gave me jacked my tolerance to crazy heights. They were giving me 24mgs of Dilaudid every 4 hours orally with 6mg of IV Dilaudid and 200mcgs of fentanyl patches. They were also giving me a 1200mcg fentanyl lollipop every 2 hours but a Jolly Rancher might have given me more pain relief and my insurance company kicked the script so unless I pay out of pocket, I'm ditching those (it's about $30,000 a month for the script).

Now I have lotsa fentanyl patches (gel), 60 Dilaudid 8mg tabs and 120 oxycodone IR 10mg tabs (I read the posts here on the oxy...honestly I have no idea how many of those I need to take to get buzzed) - safety is important, and I'm interested in your experiences that could lead to boosting pain-killing and feeling good.

Yeah, I know it seems foolish and excessive, but since my insurance kicked the lollipops, my Dr. changed my scrip for patches and now it's for 3 100mcg fentanyl patches at one time to be changed every three days. I don't recommend this to people, it's a result of long hospital stays and a disease I wish upon no one.

Back to the benzo/opiate thing: does combining a benzo and opiate result is escalating tolerance the same as increasing dosages? I assume yes, because the benzo increases the bioavailability of the opiate/opioid. And is there any predictability/conversions available that reliably let a user know, when they add a specific benzo in, what amount of drug they are receiving?
 
%)It is soo dangerous to mix benzo's & opiates. Shouldn't do it. Even though you won't listen to me. I cannot say anything because I know how awesome the high is from it. But, since you had asked.. I would say Heroin/xanax(2mg) or a xanax bar.
 
Funny that I saw this post today. I just got a couple of scripts, 1 for Oxy IR and the other for diazepam. That would have to be my favorite combo. And although it's incredibly dangerous, I find a couple to three shots of tequila with that makes everything perfect.

I am interested in all the people who said lorazepam. I could get that stuff like candy but I argue for diazepam instead. I find the lorazepam leaves me feeling drugged, while the diazepam feels more like I am naturally relaxed rather than drugged.

WTF are you talking about?? Wafers are all white. None of the regular clonazepam are pink either. Unless there is some generic I've never seen and I was on 1 and 2mg Klonopin (many brands and generics) for like 10 years on and off.

They are all mint too, not strawberry flavored.

Well, i don't believe it !!None of you did mention flunitrazepam(rophynol) !!OK, of course it's not a good idea to mix benz. with opiates, especially rophynol, but i would take 6-7mg rophynol, and 1-1h-30m later heroin.That's the old days, dangerous life.Flunitrazepam, maybe waking up in jail.Now, I'd like 17-20mg lorazepam(halcion is my best, but i can't find it anywhere around..) with a 100mcg matrix fent patch ,bucually, and some h for snorting or inj IM, but, well, it seems i'm getting greed, better leave the h behind..;)<3

IV hydromorphone and IV midazolam (when available), if not then oral diazepam.

Hydromorphone combined with midazolam is one beautiful experience.

Mmmm.... How can something that I almost killed myself with roughly half a dozen times sound so good?

My favorite near-death experience (before the narcan) = buncha xanax bars followed, say, 90 min later with h.

Well, actually, maybe the best was what we used to call "cocktailing." Everyone dumps in one pile and divides up the following:

*their ativan, valium, clonazepam, xanax, whatever other benzos somebody shoved up their ass and snuck back from Nogales the previous weekend​
*whatever heroin, OCs, methadone take-homes, grandma's vicodin's, the neighbor's percocets, some poor family down the block's tylenol 3's, if somebody felt especially ambitious some oxyfast from a forged script...​
TRS = Total receptor saturation. If only we didn't have to do so many unethical and nasty things to overdose like that, then I surely would've kept that up past about age 20.

I don't remember the rohypnol times so well, so maybe those were as good??Diazepam + methadone definitely not worth the overdose.
 
My favorite combos must be:
Oxycodone + Bromazepam
Oxycodone + Zolpidem
Heroin + Alprazolam

I also simply LOVE to snort my oxycodone with some Methylphenidate, and top it up with some Triazolam. Damn i love that benzo. A couple of hours of pure blizz.. uhmm...

ALL THE ABOVE IS EXTREMELY BAD HR. IT SHOULD NOT BE TRIED.
