I'm late here but I have to say that not everyone's goal is to get huge. Some people just want the strength. As for my build, even on a cruise dose, my co-workers suspected I was juicing, which is nice but sucks at the same time.
MMA athletes come to mind. Having said that. I'm on NOTHING at the moment due to a severe injury to my shoulder but the cycle I was going to run and was very excited about was this:
BLAST
250mg Test
400mg Tren E
100mg Deca
This is per week and ran for about 8 to 12 weeks. Then I'd cruise on just Test and maybe a little Deca for the joints. Sucks getting old and I know some of you guys are older then me...
Also, sometimes I'd up the Test a bit if I felt my sex drive slowing down
Separately, I played with Halo on max effort lift days which would be 3 days every 6 weeks.
