I was wondering what would take a bigger toll on my body, smoking a whole gram in a day & a half or smoking .2 every morning? Which one would make me loose more weight? I work out and I'm not trying to loose weight. What supplements & nutrients are good to take after smoking too? Thanks your advice is appreciated.
 
Smoking what?

I'd imagine smoking 1.5g/day is going to be worse than just 0.2g every morning, but again, IDK what you're smoking.
 
If you're trying to stay healthy and not lose weight, keep your meth usage to "occasional"
