what's up with poppies.org?

I wanted to register to use their forums but I got a message saying that registration was disabled. I looked all over thier site for a contact address and there were none listed anywhere. I did a whois on poppies.org and it showed the address [email protected]. I tried that address but it was bounced back to me undeliverable. So I guessed and tried [email protected] and [email protected], these were also bounced back to me undeliverable. What's going on with their site? Does anyone know how to contact them or why I can't register for the forums? I know the forums are still active, because I can see new posts in them.

they may not have enough bandwidth to accept new members, who knows? they may be changing servers or something like that. do a search in their forums for contact info.
