Opioids What's the verdict on polymer matrix type fentanyl patches on how to best use them?

i know this is a year old... but with the mylan patches, for the past 4 days on one 50mcg i've been keeping myself way high. i'd cut the patch into strips, take the patch off the plastic strips and keep it in my mouth/chew on it for at least an hour. for the whole day i'd be wayy fucked up. no rush, just a constant mellow/chill really pain killing high. it's nice and i enjoyed it.
