What's the real difference between crystal and M?

Hi,
we don't have crystal around here or anywhere near but I always wanted to know what's the difference between crystal and M.
Does it have similar effect? :)
 
This isn't advanced discussion. Crystal is the consistency of enantiopure dextro-methamphetamine hydrochloride in its pure form, dextro-methamphetamine freebase is an oil which one is unlikely to come across (less liable to be made in current homebake methods and not readily administrated). Racemic levo-dextro-methamphetamine hydrochloride is a crystalline powder in its purest state, but can come out looking like purple goop or 'peanut butter' and this is the 'prope-dope' made with P2P that you often hear about, having been more common before '00 in the states due to a ban of certain precursors since. The former type of meth has a smoother high, the latter has a more physical body high, racing heartbeat etc (due to higher norepinephrine transporter affinity)

In Europe I hear you have more (non-N-methylated) amphetamine HCl or sulfate than N-methylated amphetamine. I do not know what 'M' for sure is as you've referred to it; someone more knowledgeable of the drug jargon there should chime in. 'M' could for all I know be molly, or MDMA, which is an entirely other molecule of the amphetamine class with a highly different subjective profile of effects.

Otherwise "crystal" and "meth" are the same. Meth can come in the form of, what's in the U.S. known as, "crank" which is a powderized form, usually purer P2P, though 'crank' can also refer to crystal & of only the purely dextro-isomer form even.

Perhaps you should say what physical consistency your "M" takes on, what the effects are and how long it lasts.

Sometimes 'ice' can be MDPV though, speed can be adderall/dexedrine (or any various mixed dextro-rotatory containing amphetamine salts), meth/crank/crystal are all straight N-methylated forms of amphetamine.

With out the OP clearing up what he is talking about and specifying what he is talking about when he says “crystal” and “M” this thread is never going to go anywhere productive.

For all we know he could have misunderstood what this forum what about and he is talking about minerals!!!!!!!!!!!

As for the “sometimes ‘ice’ can be MDPV though, speed can be adderall/Dexedrine” comment…well yea adderall/dex is speed…and if you go along with common US slang ICE should never be MDPV (although Im sure someone has cut meth, or tried to pass PV off as meth at some point), but lets try not to spread bad information like ICE = MDPV.

This is an excellent example of why this type of thread is usually closed as it has already become a mess of bad and miss information, mixed with good/valid info, but the problem then becomes…who the hell knows for sure what the OP is referring to???

I am stupid.
 
Please don't use slang terms when talking about drugs. "M" can mean many, many, MANY, different things from place to place. In some areas, its methylone, others its morphine...others is methamphetamine...others its mephedrone (4-MMC).

If you don't have a more accurate name for the drugs in question, we can't really answer your question at all.

unfortunately i never had the luxury to try Crystal meth/meth (is crystal meth freebase form, and meth is to snort?) here in buffalo, NY when people want "speed" they just ask for adderall (addys, adds) or dexedrine (dexys) however very very few people are familiar with dexedrine, a lot of people would decline dexedrine up here probably cuz they never heard of it (and it sounds like a diet pill) and only take adderall, not realizing dexedrine is far much better than adderall. when i was younger i was real smart with pharmies and had my shrink switch me to dexedrine and she RXed without giving it thought, so due to the rare times meth is up in buffalo and due to the high demand for it, i would just crush up my dexedrine spansules into fine powder and tell people i have meth and excuse me for saying prices but i would tell people i have bags of meth when it's really dexedrine, and would put it each 15mg spansule crushed into a baggie and charge ten bucks, and boy people kept coming back asking where im getting this "meth" and wanting more, i found it amusing..however dextro-amphetamine is almost as potent as methamphetamine anyways.
 
I've never heard MDPV referred to as 'ice'; in popular culture that always refers to methamphetamine crystals.

OP could have mixed up "M" (whatever that is!) with M1, a slang term for the cathinone stimulant drug Methylone.
