Opioids What's the most efficient way to use actual Percocet (oxy/acetaminophen)

I recently acquired 4 10/325 oxycodone pills but I have a decent sized tolerance (9g/day of kratom) and I want to get the most out of them. I'm already planning on waiting at least 36 hours to take them, but does anyone have any other ideas for how to potentiate them?

Should I do a CWE to purify them and snort it? I know that oxy is a little more bioavailable & potent (due to the speed of onset) snorted but idk if the loss from CWE would be worse.

Recreational use by the way!

You can potentiate them by taking Cocaine or Methylphenidate with them. It's called "Speedballing".
 
Using that much Kratom may render them ineffective if used recreationally.
Also oxycodone has about an oral bio viability of about 85%. If you don't have a liver problem the acetaminophen in those 4 pills is not dangerous 1.3 grams total. I would wait till you have pain to use them. That is a lot of Kratom and your tolerance will be very high, I just think that recreational use might not do anything. I would wait till you have pain, at the very least the Tylenol in them might help. I am unaware of people doing CWE on perc's, so unless you have a liver problem or Tylenol/acetaminophen gives you issues. I wouldn't worry about 4 pills. Snorting will probably be less potent. 85% is really good. You can ask ' keif Richards' he is a moderator on here, he knows more than me.

I take the antidote to Tylenol poisoning (N-Acetyl Cysteine) daily so it's definitely not a concern of mine. Also using it recreationally, not for pain!

I got 40mg of hydrocodone 5/325 pills before & that did nothing, but I used it within 24 hrs of taking kratom so I bet that's why.
How long do you reckon I should wait after my last kratom dose? I have pregabalin & gabapentin to ease WD symptoms :)

I don't know how long it will take, look for a kratom thread, I don't use it, don't wanna fuck up my tolerance. I don't know the exact science but kratom basically fills the opiod receptors in your brain. You will have ask around to people who are more familiar with kratom, sorry.
