What's the longest it takes for Clonazepam withdrawal to start. My last dose was Sunday morning.

I'm interested in this thread. I've been on .5 clonaz twice a day for over a year. I know it has to come to an end at some point.

^yes 18 hours for discomfort to start and 3 days to get the full spectrum of withdrawal effects.

I experienced the same. Day 2 is uncomfortable, day 3 is almost unmanagable. Atleast it was for me when i came off 'em, those were very high doses though.

Howmuch were you on? Daily use I assume?

while on the subject, what about the same question for Xanax? I've been dabbling a bit much, almost 2 months of between .5-1.5 mg a day. There is no set way I take em, just managed to do some almost everyday for that long. Of course I just started Suboxone 1 week ago today, so its tough to say if I am having benzo w/d, need more Subs, or what.

That is prolly the xanax....That may not seem like a long time but this crack of benzo's are so harsh. When I couldn't get it from a doc....I would take them in like three days and would feel withdraws. But when my current doc put me on 2 bars a day as I requested.....They yanked me off of them in IP and the withdrawals, I mean I was insane. I don't know how I kept going but I made it out of there.

^Yea I think that, too. But not sure, I seem to be fine until at least 3 hours after dosing the Subs. And I use a small Sub dose, >2 mg at a time. But I dose 2-3x a day. I haven't really done a good job seeing how I react without the benzos, so when I start feeling crappy I will do both cause its seems about time for another Sub dose and I'm thinking I might be feeling benzo w/d. Today I am going to just do the Sub and see if it satisfies me. I've only been feeling stable on the Subs for 3 days and through those I have had to work a lot, so I wanted to settle that down before I dealt with the xanny issue. Transitioning to Subs and not having Xanax along with work was not an option, I have a job where at any moment it could be very stressful and I need to be on point.

It's dangerous to mix any benzo with any opiate really. With Xanax, it's(death or an O.D.) just quicker because Xanax is a short acting benzo. Usually if someone is fine on their adjusted bupe dose, than adding a small dose of any benzo shouldn't be a problem and visa versa.

I take 1.5 mg twice a week. Took my last dose last night, now I am all out and doctor won't give me a rx for now.

But isn't it dangerous to mix the two.....Or is that just with kpin?

Not with a tolerance to opiates and if you take a relatively small dose of benzos. The reason its so stressed not to take the 2 is probably cause non tolerant ppl taking bupe as a recreational drug think its weak, but 4 mg can cause as much resp depression as around 60 mg of oxycodone. Throw some benzos on top of that and its real dangerous for non- or low tolerant users. But bupes virtaully OD proof for someone with a decent tolerance. It only gives opiate agonist effects (like resp depression, along with analgesia, euphoria, etc.) up to around 4-6 mg, after that all increased doses do is block other opiates more. I think there might also be some cases in which someone switching to bupe for opiate replacement therapy, coming off a heavy habit of heroin or oxy that bupe cannot mask all the w/d symptoms, will take heavy amounts of benzos on top to ease the w/d symptoms.

Twice a week shouldn't cause much w/d, maybe very little physical symptoms, anything else is mental. Unless its been many years of doing that, then it might be a little rougher. I would say the word unbearable will not pertain to your situation.
