whats the half life of adderall?

I got some adderall 20mg ir's the other night and was wondering how long it takes for the effects to wear off? or more importantly how long the half life is?

d-amphetamine and l-amphetamine to ADDERALL® (immediate-release) 10 mg bid administered 4 hours apart.

The mean elimination half-life for d-amphetamine is 10 hours in adults; 11 hours in adolescents aged 13-17 years
and weighing less than or equal to 75 kg/165 lbs; and 9 hours in children aged 6 to 12 years. For the l-
amphetamine, the mean elimination half-life in adults is 13 hours; 13 to 14 hours in adolescents; and 11 hours in
children aged 6 to 12 years. On a mg/kg body weight basis children have a higher clearance than adolescents or

You probely will not read this but other people will. It is true that a simple google search will give use the information we are looking for to some extent. But here's the thing a google search is exactly what I did "adderall half life" and several reliable sources poped up but this is the source I clicked on bluelight offers way more accurate knowledge on drugs. When a drug is advertised a certain way I can always go to bluelight and find the truth. I was hoping to find on this post more information on the half of adderall such as why the half life is so differnt. It seems to change on a constant basis depending on diet. We are doing more then anwsering a simple question for one person we are building a database for accurate drug information that last we'll beyond you or me needing the information.
