Last time I got pods was probably around 2012, to my surprise googling provided meager results. The only site I could find was some old grandma lady selling pods, the site incidentally had a myriad of scam reports/rip-off reports. Other than that Ive found sites selling seeds only.
So what exactly happened? As far as I know the legality hasn't changed, its just as ambiguous due to its totally legitimate art uses. But the entire market seems to have dissolved.
