whats the best solvent to use for phenazepam?

my main concern is shelf life. i don't wanna use it a lot...just want a benzo on hand for stimulant comedowns.....like if some of the liquid evaporated the solution would be stronger, idk if that would happen just throwing that out there......how long is a phenazepam solution good for?
