What's the best dosage for tramadol

What's the best dosage for tramadol bare in mind I sometimes take heroin and is it better to stagger your dose or pop all at once
 
I would dose 1-200mg during heroin wd and it would help allot, mixing it with kratom can help you catch a buzz if you have an opiate tolerance too, now I’m all about poppy pods

I like to stagger a 150-200mg dose over 4 x 50mg (separated by 30 minutes each). Granted, I'm usually not trying to get the pure opiate effects (the mu-opioid effects?), I'm just trying to get the boost of motivation+mood that tramadol can provide, even on top of buprenorphine (at least soon after inducting...).

Those trams affect people differently.Most prevalence addiction is at Near East(Egypt,Gaza strip,Lebanone..).people there obviously have more copies of this gene with those cytochrome variant which converts tramadol.And they feel it like opiate and abuse it a lot.Appart from AD and painkilling properties simmilar somehow to codeine to me.Weak stuff with bad withdrawls if you take it a longtime

Well I took 600 mg staggered last night and was a bit groggy in the morning for work but felt sick and threw up my dinner other than that then felt fine and was a good buzz and I'm use to smack

We are all glad you're okay, but you've gotta tread lightly here. Don't mistake getting through this one time unscathed as being general insurance against having a seizure in the future. Who knows how many times I could have died in the past but was saved by coincidence or whatever. I'm kind of doing a Schroedinger's Cat type thing in my head. Had things been just a little bit different for @Keif' Richards those few times I didn't overdose and die. Yea, it does no good to debate what can never be known, but suffice to say that all of our numbers can be drawn at random.

People get drunk, trip down the basement stairs and break their neck. People get into their cars, utterly wasted, keys in hand, only to pass out before they can pull out of the driveway and not slamming into a schoolbus full of puppies. I think much like the "Gambler's Fallacy", continued brushes with death and the extremes of life can easily reinforce the belief that we are invulnerable. I just want everyone to be safe.

Your comment about moving from "smack" (Heroin) to Tramadol is particularly worrisome, as I am immediately concerned about logic falling by the wayside in favor of compulsive redosing behaviours.
 
Personally, and this may sound weird, I've had the strongest euphoria on tramadol from 50 - 100mg. Then again I was mostly opioid naive at the time. I've tried increasing to 300, 400mg and only really felt more nauseous. Your mileage may vary of course.

Don't go above 400mg. Full stop.
 
Iv done 400mg at once then an additional 150mg later on in the day, was in heroin wd and felt good but what trying to catch a buzz, i didn’t get high tho, but I don’t have a history of seizures so i think I can dose higher then someone who does..I think some tramadol pills come in 250mg ? I would think it would be pretty irresponsible of the pharma companies to make an opiate that will give you a high chance of seizure if you take 2 pills…but I guess them acting irresponsibility isn’t out of the question either
 
IDK where you're from, but in Egypt "Where I'm from" Tramadol is the most widespread opioid in the whole country. What we have is the Tramadol HCL 225 or 250 Red Pill (Apple or Strawberry flavored) or the TamolX 200 or 250. Both are very strong, however, the red one is a bit stronger, lasts longer and it only takes like 15 minutes to feel its effect.

If you're new to Tramadol, then I advise you to break a 225 pill in half then break one half into two, take a quarter, which is going to be around 52mg. Or take one half "112.5mg" if you have high tolerance.
Next, immediately drink a nice hot cup of tea "black", light a cigarette and wait...

If you take one whole pill, it will make you touch the sky, you'll feel relaxed, euphoric, very confident, and energetic.
However, you might throw up, but if you hold it in and didn't vomit, you'll feel ok in a couple of minutes.

Ya wad ya farawla.

From my experience, Egyptian 225/250 red pills are mysteriously MUCH stronger than any other tramadol I've ever tried, including, but not limited to, 100mg white tabs as well as numerous brands of 50mg caps from all around the world.

I suspect that whatever factory makes those is puttin' a bit more in there than what it says on the slab.

Hell, IMO, they're stronger than the hospital IV/IM ampules.

Also start this process relatively early or you might experience tramasleep at night; a state of kinda sort of a half-sleep where you keep dozing off and almost immediately waking up again. All night. It's like sleeping, but isn't sleeping. And it's not the fun kind, like the heroin nods. It's the not-fun kind.
 
Boof 200mg you’ll start feeling it in a few minutes , take a muscle relaxer or benzo along with it orally and you’ll have a mellow afternoon.

I feel the complete opposite.

@Higherfocus420 I liked to take part of my dose, wait 40 minutes and drop the rest. I have no evidence that it metabolizes better or faster that way, but I imagined it did. And it significantly reduces the violent nausea that Tramadol can induce. I've never had a drug that made me so nauseous and puke as much as I did on Tramadol.

In some people, seizures on Tramadol are prevalent at really low doses. In others (such as myself), they're not. Or they're just lucky, Idk.
I did several hundreds of milligrams, in periods grams, daily for years with no seizures or other complications, beside the most horrific WD's I've ever had.

Whether you are willing to find out which category you fall in is up to yourself. I wouldn't recommend it. There are other opioids out there if you are hell bent on getting properly dosed without risking a grand mal.

200mg is usually enough for most people (if you're one of those that can metabolize it properly for a high).
But I wouldn't stagger that, just crush it up if it's a pill and parachute or swallow it with water.
