Well... as the title says, I wonder what type of physical activity is safer with moderate amp amount (maybe even low to moderate) ?

Are we talking about a prescribed amount? Or about something you're taking for fun?

Either way my guess would be that weights would be safer - as, with cardio, there's the risk that you simply go too hard and faint/spew/dehydrate yourself. With weights this is less of a risk as uppers don't seem to make you stronger, but only give you more energy.

I am more concerned about what is of greater cardiovascular (heart ) risk.... I presume that if you know your usual limit, if you do the same (its easy with treadmill) cardio as usual, or just a bit longer, than it would be ok?

weights would be safer i reckon, cardio puts more strain on the heart

I really wouldn't exercise on amphetamines, period. If it's a prescribed amount and you're relatively tolerant to the cardiovascular effects, it's a different story. But if you're using them recreationally, don't work out.

Running places obvious risk on the heart.

Lifting weights causes a spike in blood pressure, increased heart rate, etc.

Besides, what's the point? When you lift, you need to eat accordingly, and amp is just going to suppress your diet.

Weights would definetly be safer than cardio if you are on amphetamines. Amphetamines already put strain on your heart, raise blood pressure, stress your circulatory system, etc, so weights would definetly be safer. If you want to do cardio i would definetly suggest not taking your amphetamines until after your done running, jogging, or whatever, and have calmed down and gotten your heart rate down.
