i took it at about 9 in the evening and didnt go to sleep till about 2 at night then woke up with a killer headache ! had 2 solpadols ( paracetamol + codeine pain killer ) went back to sleep few hours later woke up with same headache... took one more then few hours later another one

still got this headache and its been about 15 hours since then... should i be worried ?
 
Not to scare you, but a bad headache could mean something *really* bad, i.e. brain aneurysm, OR it could mean nothing. Just like feeling sick to your stomach could mean something really bad, or you have excess gas.

Also, if you were clenching your teeth really hard without realizing it, that can cause a massive headache.
