I'm currently prescribed Oxycodone by my doctor, I've been on it for years. A friend of mine who lives in Europe has come across some 10mg Oxymorphone IR tablets and I've traded some of my Oxycodone tablets for some of his Oxymorphone tabs. Normally I take 30mg Oxycodone 4x a day, how much Oxymorphone should I take? He's give me 10x 10mg Oxymorphone tabs, what's it like compared to my Oxycodone? Cheers guys..
