These were purchased in Southern Ontario... Any idea what's in them?

Definitely a Pipe. Flush it. Seriously.

I take it back. From what I've gathered in the past month, that is definitely a pipe. HOWEVER, before you flush it, test it! I could be wrong, ya know.
