^ I really enjoyed those (first two series - dunno if there's more yet) in conjunction with ketamine. Seemed to be made for each other. Was when my laptop was working which had a rather good picture so in a darkened room, whilst ketamised, it looked like "space stuff" was just hanging in the air in front of me. The combination of dark and ketamine kinda screwed all sense of scale too so it looked huge. Damnably pretty some of the CGI these days. Interesting stuff too - especially the first series :)

if it was the same episode he was questioning those prisoners if it was right that they were "gunning" (wanking) at the female prison guards as the prisoners were so sexually starved and frustrated. Louis had the balls to take them to task over this. I think the prisoners were probably just lonely and bored and were glad of anyone new to talk to. Im not diminishing Louis's skills at putting together some of the best documentaries of their type, i dont think they can be made without some sort of judgement, or compariosn against what is considered normal.

Have you ever seen Current TV, I dont think that channel lasted long, but there were some docs on there as good as Louis Theroux, one was made by a young female reporter about the escort industry, and interviweing the escorts, punters, and McCoy who wrote a guide about every parlour in the uk. He was a sleaze bag, he told her 'none of the girls are as even as attractive as you". Wow, you sweet talking devil, no wonder you're such an expert on parlours. :/

Yeh, I used to do the same with MXE - sit watching space documentaries on documentary heaven in a darkened room.

I'm sure many would think it a bit of a waste of perfectly good drugs but I've always enjoyed watching summat suitably pretty and fascinating on psyches and dissos. Not only does it look amazing but it also really gets you thinking about whatever it is you're watching so a decent documentary is always a winner.

Still watching Sodom & Gomorrah - just had a massive battle scene. Lawdy do they use a lotta horsies! I don't envy those poor ol' stuntmen (and horses, obviously) cos flinging yerself about in an old quarry with horses being tripped all around you, people and stuff on fire all over the place, and all whilst wearing nowt but a miniskirt looks a bit hairy to say the least 8(
 
And that's not all that looks hairy when you're only wearing a miniskirt ;-)

Anyway.. far from being a waste of good drugs, an evening alone watching far out shit with a head full of mind bending chemicals is my idea of the perfect night for me these days. I just can't do sociable stuff on psychedelics any more - its far too much like hard work.

Distinct lack of sodomy too so far. They seem to be focussing almost entirely on slavery as being the moral outrage of choice. Bit of incest been hinted at and a few "unspeakable acts" here and there. They must be saving all the sodomy for the big finale or summat. Possibly.

He was in San quentin i think, christ id hate to be in prison i wouldnt last 5 mins. and soon as my glasses got broke id be pretty much fucked. although i reckon after awhile id stop giving a shit and let rip at any cunt

i was surprised at how friendly some of the prisoners were, there was this dude who had robbed 15 houses or something, tortured people and did all sorts of crazy shit, sentenced 500 years plus 7 life sentences n he seemed upbeat equolent and clever when interviewed, almost down to earth and charming. although the miami jail one where they get crammed in cells together and have to fight n stuff, right nasty cunts
 
Id off myself instead of living a pointless existance in a prison for the rest of my life, especially in those rough prisons, would do my nut in

in the miami one theyre being held for pre-trial, the inmates are to be considered innocent until proven guilty. crammed in cells with 12 other guys n beaten the shit out of. if they knew they were going down for murders i think id ask one of em to suffocate me, do me a fave n theyd probably enjoy it
 
I saw Ronnie O Sullivans dad in the crowd yesterday i think he ws in prison for 20 years for murder/manslaughter or something and he looks like the mildest kindest gentlest man youve ever seen. So weird, i think he associated with the Kray twins, so maybe he's just mellowed in his senior years, i really dunno too much about that.

You'd stand more chance in prison than me Dan, your last job must have given you some power, i just havent got a clue how to do violence unless im armed with something. :/
 
Mate of mine got sent down for five years. I didn't think he'd last five minutes given his... interesting personality. First day he was in he was sat between some geezer in for violence (GBH or summat) and a rapist apparently. Charming. Anyway, being the kinda chap he was he started regaling them with tales from his travelling days. Specifically his favourite story of being "the meat in a ladyboy sandwich". I struggle to think of a worse story to break the ice with on your first day of a five year sentence. But wouldn't ya just know it? They thought it was hilarious. Never got shit from anybody the whole time he was in there. Just goes to show you can get away with just about anything if you've got the charisma (not to mention the balls) to be yourself even in the worst circumstances... Although I guess that rather depends on who "yourself" really is. He was just a very endearing fella. Pervier than a sack full o' Saviles (not in that way) but just had the kinda character that could get away with it.
 
Yeah made me quite strong, used to be beefy when i was weight training as well, loads of protein, could do 25 wide arm pull ups n stuff. pretty ripped, it was a weird feeling as well i actually felt powerful. but i wasnt compared to loads of people but you feel kinda solid. all the prison dudes keep fit as well though. i aint got much of a clue about violence either im more of a peace n lover than fighting. although the fights ive done well, when the adrealine kicks in full gear your capable of more than you realize. most of the time im calm and placid, long fuse but ive got a right rage when it goes

^^ I've never done much in the way of exercise but must admit I have kinda hankered after... not being "ripped" but being a bit more firm and a lot less squishy. I've always imagined it must just feel good. Dunno 'bout the "powerful" thing but I can see how that would work, for me it'd be more just feeling... strong I guess. Cos of me back and that. I'm sure I'd be in a lot less pain if I were to build up a bit of musclature around and about meself. Core muscles, as they say. Am kindasorta planning on having a go at some form of excerise to work on such things after getting the physio I've got coming up out the way. Seems a good time to have a go cos I've got me bupe to deal with existing pain (and no doubt additional pain at least in the short term) and my back will have been bashed back into alignment as best it can. Ideal time really. Just gotta actually do it... :\

Ronnies dad killed the Kray twins driver/chauffeur.

I met Frankie Fraser once (google him). He was scary as fuck (while actually trying to be very nice to me).

Can I say yoga? Is good for core strength / back muscles etc. Plus the meditation side of it is rather snoo.
 
My mate (the one mentioned above actually) got his prison issue Rizla packs signed by Frankie Fraser. He used to visit the town we lived in fairly regularly cos some of the other Kray circle lived there. I used to score off one of 'em actually. Only as a last resort cos he was a prick to say the least. Black sheep apparently - his brothers all hated drugs... supposedly.

EDIT: You can indeed say 'yoga', Ms Dragon. Pilates is the other one that has been recommended. It's that kinda thing that'd be best for me really rather than wieghts and stuff. Core muscles innit. And yes, the contemplative side would certainly be a snoo I suspect. Am gonna look into both and see what's available here :)
