Bupe what's going on?

So I took my .5 mg alprazolam earlier this morning like 11:00am, and went by was obviously off it quick but feeling a little shitty, anyways a buddy had some suboxone and he let me have a teeeny tiny strip of 1 whole strip, said it wouldnt fuck me up, but clearly it did.. i am seriously tired, like im about to pass out and cant stay awake, what should i do? just drink water and try to stay awake, i honestly never felt so tired and i'm sweating.. the dose was so miniscule too, i just think i need reassurance that i'll be alright, someone tell me if will be alright to just go to sleep?

i didn't eat much either and i'm shaking, but probably because i'm panicking..

How big a dose was in the strip, do you think?

I'm pretty sure you'll be fine, but it would be best for you to be with somebody else in case something DOES happen to you.

You'll probably want something to eat. For some reason opiates seem to be able to cause hypoglycemic symptoms, which is probably why you're shaking. Some food and getting a bit of sugar/carbs in your system might also make it easier to stay awake.

Well right now I feel fucking amazing, I think i was just panicking because i didn't want to faint and I was at work whilst this was happening.. Right now i;m nodding offm but I don't wanna fall askeep , even typing this im strgggling to stay awake, i just have this fear i read that you can die in your sleep, but my heart rate is fine, still havent eaten yet but im too tired to fuckin even move from my bed, it feels good but just as long as i have reassurance, because i never felt so damn tired before lol, feels dope though, imeven too tired to fix these fricken grammatical mistakes i know im making like what the hell. At least the nausea is GONE, and no more shaking.

It's the alprazolam....be careful mixing drugs....you'll be fine cuz it's been long enough, but the one thing that could kill you with bupe is mixing it with benzos, especially with no tolerance to either!

This.

On it's own, bupe is a hard drug to OD on, but mixing it with benzos or alcohol is a different story. Also be careful in general with bupe. It is a very powerful drug and as you can see, just a tiny amount can hit somebody with no opiate tolerance very hard.
 
Thank you to all who've chimed in on my circumstance. The nodding is still present but i'm not completely floored all out ready to fall over and faint anymore, but is it safe to say I can go to sleep now? lol it was at 7pm that I took that piece of strip. I still have a little nausea that comes and goes. Also it seems like i'm only swallowing every now and then, but maybe i'm just being conscious of it.
 
It's pretty much a guarantee that you're okay NOW! but remember this in the future....This is actually a good post because you hit on something that's a very real way someone could accidentally kill themselves!

On it's own, you may have felt little to nothing from that bupe, but that alprazolam is game changer!

Either of those drugs on their own are very difficult to OD on, but mix them...and you have a situation like yours...and that's all it takes! You innocently take a few pills, mix the wrong ones and you're gone! It doesn't happen with just anything....you could do 500 dollars worth of coke and a 30 pack of Budweiser(not safe either) and be fine...but mix a sliver of bupe and one Xanax and it could kill you! that's exactly why, you should know what you're getting into and be around other people....
 
I'm gonna say too, drink some coffe or an energy drink and have some water before you go to sleep....give it an hour to be safe....
 
Whatever you do, just don't take any more Xanax....the bupe will be with you for awhile longer....it's a potent drug, as Scagnattie said...but you don't always "feel" what it's doing to you....Alprazolam is the same way, by the time you actually "feel" fucked up, chances are you're a lot more fucked up than you realize....

I've seen people take the exact combination you're talking about,,,small doses of each, and be puking and nodding for hours...
 
Believe it or not, after only a week of xanax use, i'm going to be taking it strictly when needed from here on out. I have thoroughly done my research and it's going to leave me devastated especially with my kind of personality. As for suboxone that was just circumstantial.
 
^That's a good idea. Withdrawal from Xanax is a big mind fuck...and you don't even want to know about opiate withdrawal.

I was doing well with my Buprenorphine maintenance before Alprazolam got into the picture. I would snort a bit with my Buprenorphine though, and eat as much as I could get. It didn't start off bad, but benzo's suck. If you're fucked up on them, you don't notice, and if you're where you're notice, you're obliterated. It effected me differently though. Opiates and benzos seem to get me running in circles. I almost like to think my neurons are wired backwards. Stimulants would get me blobbish and lazy, and downers, with exception of alcohol, would get me energetic.
