What's a legal grey area

What does a legal grey area mean? Like with research chemicals and such, does a gray area mean it's legal or illeagle? Is it still possession ? Or will they just let you walk off

By it's very definition "grey" means that there is no definition of that boundary.

I do know someone personally that caught federal charges and prison time for RC's so I would err on the side of caution.


With that said, Bluelight really doesn't encourage legal discussions since laws and how they are enforced vary with location.
