What're the most amount of benzos you've taken?

out of curiousity as usual, what's the most amount of any benzo you've taken in one sitting? i just took 55mgs of valium, don't know if that's noteworthy or not. i know it all depends on tolerance, but i'm wondering about the extreme cases out there - and once you need to start taking that many, are you causing your body a lot of harm?
