Thesis is on Riemann integration. Did have Lebesgue integration in there, but the professor asked me to remove it. Whatevs. It's almost over, hoping I'll pass!

Oookay, looks complicated! I did organic chemistry, so I'm clueless about that. It's a relief when it's over though, I'm sure you'll be fine. :D

Back to square one again almost (thank god for muscle memory) - I'm ill at the moment, and have lost half a stone - only 3 weeks ago I was rejoicing about being half a stone away from the weight I'd feel comfortable with...fuck.

Was gonna shoot some hoops at the court by myself, but my fucking diarrhoea came back :(

Just did 9, 12, 9, 9 push ups - have started this 100 pushup challenge to get some nice pecs going on, but this is the start of a big strength building regime coming up - I'm sick of looking like you could knock me over with a feather...kurwa at the moment, you probably could I'm that ill!

4.6 mile trail run

My weight dropped to 125 lbs since I started running. It has been like that for a couple of months. I am usually closer to 130.
I though physically I would look different at 125...I don't. 5 lbs only makes a mental difference :)

It was a goal not to gain weight this summer like I did last year by not doing enough cardio.

Played 5-a-side football last night, was very physically exhausting, showed me how much I need to get fit and has helped give me the motivation to follow through this time :) Going to sort out going to some classes at the gym and swimming more often.

2.5 mile run.
Shin splints suck ass.

Yea I don't jog much because my knees don't like the pounding. Try riding a bike for 5-10 miles. No more shin splints, it is a good work out, you get to go faster, and you get see more!

Don't know if it'll work for your country, but check it out: http://www.runningmap.com/ :)

Thanks for the link. It looked like Germany is included, the only problem is that the spider web of bike roads here isn't on it. For staying on marked streets it looks like a good idea..it will help me fill in some of the gaps left by some of the terrible/outdated signs.

I wish we had bike roads like that. :(

About to embark on a seven mile bike ride to work. Once the sun is up, I'ma go!

Tire pressure can make a huge difference, and the wind too assuming all other parts are in good working condition.

^ You'll get back into shape in no time. :)

I had an extremely tough time biking to work today. The seven mile ride in felt like 15. The ride home was significantly better, but still not a piece of cake. Here's hopin' I'm not too sore tomorrow to bike in again. 8)

5.68 mile run yesterday. that was good fun.

I don't want to sound like a dick, but why are you lifting for hypertrophy(aka, like a bodybuilder).
You are a martial artist, why do you want to be big and bulky.

this is in response to the guy who cuts watermelons with swords, of which i am jealous.

yeah, I need to sort the tire pressure in my front tire out, but the dust cap wont come off :( it is stuck on and the tire is not flat, but not hard enough to make the ride as comfortable as it should be. Gonna see if I can get it fixed next week and maybe get a new inner tube for the wheel too, as I have to do a 10 mile roundtrip on my bike quite regularly.

Pair o' pliers? Or just cut it off if you have a spare cap or you're getting a new tube anyway.

Biking is good too but my current bike is a piece of shit blah blah blah.
Though the places to bike around here are gorgeous.

I was wearing less shoes when they first started then switched shoes and now they're even worse.
As far as form goes I haven't the slightest idea how to fix that.

Today- 2 miles before it hurt too much. I feel like such a bitch.

Yea biking isn't the cheapest hobby unfortunately. I've spent around 1k on my mountain bike, and have a good 'entry level' bike. The accessories, upgrades, and clothing take a nice little chunk of cash too. Then repairs can cost an arm and leg if you don't have the time/tools (more $$)/knowledge to do them yourself.

Right now I'm struggling to slowly build up my tool collection, and the only thing that allowed me to purchase the bike in the first place was insurance money from being ran over last summer on my trekking bike.

Back on topic..went for my normal 2hr round yesterday. Was a great ride, with the rougher parts flowing pretty great.
