@people complaining about heat STFU... it's been raining all summer here :! (no offense ;) )
You will never hear me complain about the heat unless it's to say that it's not hot enough. :P

Did a 14 mile bike ride yesterday and will be doing another one today as I have to go to work and don't want to drive there. possibly not... going to storm. as it gets closer to my departure time I'm gonna check the weather again but right now it's a 100% chance of t-storms, not just rain... :-/

Sorry to hear the rain's keeping you off your bike. Take a break, but don't get annoyed at the drivers on the road. :P

Depending on what I can get done out of the things I need to do, I'll either be going for a run or biking to my grandparents' house for a visit. Of course, it's looking pretty stormy here too. Running is probably a little safer.

Single leg hops around the neighborhood... A few alternate leg bounds thrown in as well. I usually do these late at night around midnight... the neighbors must love me.

Yesterday, I hiked 4.6 miles with a friend who needs to be exercised just like our 3 collective dogs.
Unfortunately, this time my dog got heat exhaustion. Poor bastard. I felt so bad. He is okay but no more heat hikes for him!
 
^ Glad you got your friend out in the sun--Sorry to hear about Fido! Hope he's feeling better soon. :)

I've had a very lazy past few days since I ingested some sketchy water and had adverse effects (no, I did not know the water was sketchy thanks to an opaque water bottle). 8)

Should be back on my bike tomorrow. :)
 
Bit of yoga, 65 hindu squats, 20 leg raise/crunches, 12 hindu pushups (they're hard!)
35km bike ride, 1h22m. Think I should cut the distance down a bit for a while, knee starts hurting after around 20k.

Oh, and lol at Pegasus, skipping, hopping and jumping through the streets =D

ran to gym.

6x15 jumping elevated mary katherine squats.
3x8 bulgarian split squats(look those up, they are menacing)
3x8 romanian dead lift
3x15 oblique plate raise

ran home from gym.
