What'd you do to get off your butt today? v. "That's not real exercise!"

crunches (my abs hurt, I did more than usual), pushups, stretching, and walked around downtown for about an hour watching the Comic-con people.
 
Today I trail with my friend at our city's local botanical garden. it's a little over a 4 miler and we did it in 32:52 I believe. Also, before we ran we hiked around 3 miles at a pretty decent pace.
 
^ Hills can be tough. :P Started taking a small hill on my trip home, and it's tough though it's tiny.

Seven mile bike ride in to work and a seven mile bike ride home. Both were done in under a half hour, which is so much better than when I started (35+ minutes) a month or two ago. :P
 
Jogged to gym for Dynamic Lower Body day.

8x3 Box Jumps, boxes at my belly button(I'm 6'2").
4x8 Reverse Lunges
4x8 Romanian Dead Lift
4x15 Russian Barbell Twist

Jogged home from the gym.
 
It is 9am and low 80's. It has been in the 90's-100 and humid for the last few weeks.
I am going again this morning while it is still "cool".


I caved and brought the dog. It ended up being a slow hike of 3.6 miles. Still too hot for the pups.

Did a few sets of situps bicycles and back extensions, I always slack off on those though, it seems so useless.

@people complaining about heat STFU... it's been raining all summer here :! (no offense ;) )

4x8 superset: straight arm pushdowns/Side arm raises
4x8 superset: tricep pushdowns/L-raises
4x8 Grip machine

Jogged home from gym.
