Did my normal routine. Rode pretty hard, got some pretty decent air, and successfully incorporated a new jump into my round. Got a flat in the back on one of the steepest parts..luckily I was able to scrub some speed off with the front before a short drop forced me to separate from the bike. Extra tube and pump came in handy today.

Kayaked for about an hour, half of it was upstream
Washed, waxed my car
Ran 30 min on treadmill

I cant wait to get down the local gym on the strider and exercize bikes.Theres no other feeling like that exercize feeling well quite the same lol. Also im sure being more active has helped me not get so much off a hangover when i have my occassional bingelol. No theres nothing better for mental health issues either i belive cant make them any worse thats my opinion healthy body healthy MIND!!

Biked seven miles to and seven miles from work.

I'll be honest, it was a bit tough this morning after not biking at all in almost a week. But I did it in the same amount of time as usual. :D

^hardcore, roid freak

ran about 5.3 kms last night and did several situps after ;)

today lunch workout = back, biceps, lats and forearms.

Squat 5x60,80,100,100
Overhead Press 5x20,40,50,55,60 Failed on last rep of last set :(... oh well
Deadlift 5x20,60,90,100,120,140 Used straps on the last set, all overhand grip, I don't like mixed

Good workout despite the failing on OHP.. I just need to better my technique on that one. I'm also negative in calories so that might slightly slow progress.. Need to look good for summer though ;)

Has anyone used one of those heavy duty grip things? I would like to improve grip strength so I can do my heaviest deadlifts without straps or mixed grip.. I wonder where I should start (what level and brand) I can dealift 120 kgs without straps/mixed grip.

Forgot to mention that I cycled 9 km at moderately high speed..

4.6 mile trail run
It was more walking than running in 95F heat.

I still have yet to run this trail without walking after the inclines.
Damn it! I thought I would have mastered it by now.
I am blaming it on the heat.

I cancelled my $62/month gym membership last Sunday. Since I started running I had not been in a month.
I have everything I need to lift weights at home.
I am enjoying not being on a time constraint to get to exercise classes.

hahaha me too
I have been running in this heat in the woods

My neighbour has a trail bike I could have. It needs new tires.

I am not sure how many miles as I hiked segments of trails then double backed but we were out this morning for 90 minutes.
I could have keep going but the dog...not so much.
