What'd you do to get off your butt today? v. "That's not real exercise!"

I wanna go swimming. :(

Went for 15 miles on my bike today. Wasn't as easy as yesterday, which worries me as I'll be riding to work tomorrow... Unless I chicken out. :-/

decided the bike ride and swim wasn't enough, so I ran the gorge (4 miles, all uphill), then swam again. my run was f'ing fantastic-- I'm going to nix the fast, and just start exercising more/eating less. I think the cycling is helping my cardio/keeping my legs loose, 'cause this run felt great.

^ Glad you've come to your senses. Not to say fasting is ludicrous but doing it for the sole purpose of losing weight is a wee bit crazy when eating less and exercising more is a better solution.

Will be biking seven miles to work in a bit. Would've been biking seven miles home, too, but someone awesome is picking me up for various reasons, none of which being that I'm too lazy to bike home. :P

^ Yeah, your smelly ass shorts are stinking up your skin. Time for more than one pair!

Don't UA my post. :P

Went for a run last night. As Changed mentions, when combined with once-a-day Cycle-carotine, this supplement helps your muscles loosen and feel bright and new! A mile of HIIT did the trick for me!

Hello everybody, been lurking for a long time and finally registered. Ppl here are great. Haven't done any sports today (didn't plan to actually), tomorrow going to run few miles in the morning and pump some heavy iron in the evening. My legs eventually stopped being sore after the last workout. Stay healthy!

Squats 5 x 5 x 100 kg's
Overhead Press 5 x 5 x 37.5 kg's
Deadlift 1 x 5 x 100 kg's
Pull Ups 2x8 / 1x4 (last set was no-no)

Happy to be over 100 with squats.. Still going steady on the 5x5.. Bench Press is the only lift that seems to be maxing out a little. I'm thinking about doing some light cardio on the off-days. Keep up the good work everyone!

hiked a couple miles with my new REI Lookout 40 pack, to break it in a little bit, then took advantage of the 90*, cloud-less weather, and got a little tan, in-between lake swims and checking out Cornell girls in bikinis.

then I got home, ate too much quinoa, and went for a short bike sprint to burn some calories.

6-8 minutes of muscle confusion. Did random sets of push-ups, sit-ups, bicycle abs, and dumbbell lifting. Really wanted to work as many different muscles in a small span of time as I could.

Worked on my compost bin that I recently put together. Really needed to moisten it with water and give it a good mixing. This took about 10 minutes all in all.

Climbed a tree around four times just for the hell of it.

Later I am probably going out and running up and down my driveway listening to music. I really like living in the country because I can do random stuff like that anytime of the day and not have to worry about fellow human-beings and their judging eyes.

thouart, that's awesome you're going Vegan--If you want to chat about that away from the public eye, feel free to PM. :)

Biked 14 or 15 miles (really need to figure out if it's 7 or 7.5 one way 8)) to and from work.

shitbikes are no fun... still better than walking, though

I don't know, walking is very exciting. When you pay strict attention to where you are and enjoy being able to walk, it becomes a Godsend.

It's just slow going for our fast paced society.

Riding bike to and from work today and doing yoga again today to stretch out my muscles. :)
