after finishing a bottle of clement - vsop i decided to switch it up a little and go for MMs favourite tipple james cook rum, like all high quality rums this is produced on an industrial estate in hamburg using only the most cheap and easy to acquire ingredients. sold in B&Q labeled as an economy brass cleaner and in lidl as a bronze star winning 'genuine overseas' rum. @£9.99 it tastes about as good as you'd expect from the price, maybe even a little better.

Yep, must be mixed.

I've only just realised how bad it is, missis went to Tesco yesterday instead of Lidl and got me a bottle of Tescos Navy Rum, produced in West Indies, about 11quid she reckoned, but anyway, even in a pint glass with coke it pisses on the James Cook from a great height....

Sadly yesterday was a one off tescunt trip, so James Cook is on the menu for next week.....
 
Later this week when I've got some cash might treat myself to a bottle of dark rum of some sorts, probably whatever is cheap at Co-op. I usually buy a couple bottles of wine a week or some ciders and they disappear in one night but the rum would last a bit longer...maybe.
 
what is it like bogman? looks a better colour than the James cook death rum but that means fuck all

i've swapped to captain morgans for now. the james cook is reserved for when i'm already steaming and my tastes buds have been turned off
 
I really fancy a drink, might go raid the drinks cupboard. Think I'll buy a bottle of rum tomorrow. Some cheapo shite from the Co-op.
 
Lidl only isn't it? No Lidl near here. Co-op up the road or Tesco about a mile away.

Lidl sells Westons now eh? Haven't been to Lidl for about 5 years but it was always foreign booze before. I've had about 6 tins of Strongbow today. Not a fan of it but you don't say no to free booze.
 
Tropicana orange (extra bits of course) and golden virginia. In Punjabi (or is it Urdu?) the word for drink is used for smoking too.

Drinking Kronenbourg, had two cans left from last night. Would kill for some Fanta though! No money but could maybe scrape 50p together for some cheapo stuff from Lidl. Hm.
 
Got some booze from Lidl recently, or was it Aldi, cant remember. Anyway was like an immitation Stella , felt rough as fuck the next day after six of those
