Whatcha Drinking? v. Drunk Driver: "Don't make me stupid"

Wouldn't mind some Westons myself. Drank some rum first tonight then some beer then some whisky. Feeling OK tonight for a change, it's 7:30AM. Usually I'd either be so cunted by now I wouldn't remember this or sleeping. I wish I'd went to the after, after hours place but my mate told me it was a bad idea. Sitting here is a bad idea!

Only drunk champagne once. Out of a dogbowl being passed around the kitchen at a houseparty a few years back. Kitchens are were it's at when it comes to houseparties <3

Was nice enough but fairly meh. Suspect it was at the cheaper end of the range tho tbh. Can see why (mostly poncy to be fair) folks describe it as tasting "biscuity".

Sillystrong ciders are all deaded so have switched to Holsten Pils. Have very fond memories of it from my college days. Seems nobody else does cos it's quite a bit actually cheaper than most generic 5% lagers these days 8(:\=D

I'm not a fan of champagne.. I have tried and tried but it just doesn't do it for me :(

Bedtime but not sleepy so sipping a cider.. sadly it's Gaymers which I am not a massive fan of (especially with all this Westons-talk!) but it's still cider :)

Maybe a hot chocolate would have been a better plan, oh well 8)

I'm drinking Tetley Strong to try to help me sleep. never seems to do the job mind! ;p ...

melatonin for me in a mo

The government is proposing a minimum price of 40p per unit of alcohol in England and Wales in an effort to stamp out binge-drinking culture.

Ministers say the proposal would not affect responsible pubs or drinkers.

But they predict that it could significantly change the behaviour of those who cause the most problems for hospitals and the police, by making it more expensive to get drunk.

Similar proposals are already being considered by the Scottish Parliament.

Bottle of red wine at £2.99 - 9.4 units of alcohol means new price of £3.76
Cheap supermarket whiskey: £16.10 - 40 units of alcohol; price probably unchanged
Cheap strong lager at 75p a can - three units per can means new price of at least £1.20
Bulk-bought strong cider 87p a can - four units of alcohol so new price of at least £1.60

Going down well after being at work all night.

I'm getting back on the rum tonight i've decided. At 3 quid or less for a bottle you just have to.

^ Hendricks is my favourite gin Bluebell %)

Lashings of cheap cider here, 69p Country Choice ftw!

I'm doing the Gin Ting tonight too (as always 8))
Straight Gin with a dash of Dry White Vermouth (purely to fill the glass up).

Guinness. On offer at Co-Op again. Slips down so damnably swift and easy on a warm eve. Almost out now though and considering the shopwalk. Probably best I don't really. Don't wanna go shooting me wad on a Wednesday really... But given the lack of legal Goodies available this weekend it's looking like a boozy one again. Arsery. Really need to knock the booze on the head a bit but seems the government disagrees :\

African Honeybush and lavender tea <3 Laying off the booze a bit after last night.

It's delicious :D Could do with a tad more alcohol, but on a week night tis probably for the best..

Definitely. I am tempted to add a liberal slug of cheap rum to mine... %)
