Port Street Beer House in the Northern Quarter, (just up from the Roadhouse) they have a HUGE selection in there although its a little pricey.

I like Port Street very much. I spent a memorable Sunday a couple of weeks back in there, with low dose MXE in my system. The walk up to the toilets was very fun indeed.
