good pick there Ponch,was tempeted to buy a btl of chouffe today but got the la trappe.

the JARL is a lovely light hoppy ale will get again.

That Rocket Fuel coffee I've become rather fond of of late. Dunno whether the guarana actually makes much difference but a coupla mugs back to back definitely perk a boy up of a morn. On offer for £1.99 at the moment too - bargain :)

It's more bark than bite to be honest, Kate. Wouldn't fancy drinking more than 2 or 3 in a quick succession though 8o

Special offer ended last week here unfortunately so had to pay the actual price for a bottle this time. Do find that a bottle of decent strength decent cider (they didn't have any of me usual 8.4% one - probably also a Thatcher's of some sort) gets the ball rolling much better than starting on lesser percentages. Moved onto Co-Op generic not-Strongbow now. Hardly nectar of the gods but £3.69 for 3l and 5.3% looks mighty fine when skinted :D
 
Red wine, which is something I had gone off of for a while, but my love affair with it seems to have started again:)

Can't see it mixing too well with a gutful of cider but hey-ho...

Really do need to put more distance between meself and ethanol. Proper drugs have always been my friend... but they never call or write these days. That and skintness anyway. Which is a shitty excuse. Booze is hardly cheap compared to real drugs - it's just lazily simple. Roll on legalisation so I can buy Goodies at the Spar...

Thatchers with the single Variety Apples .

Katy is my fav. n it's only £1.29 a 500ml bottle all of the single variety Ciders are so superior .

I tried Sheppys the other day as well a bit dry but still excellent .

They all come in over 7 %.
Get down Sainsburys quick b4 they pull the offer .

In a year i've gone from a brew n high strengh guy to much more refined Drinks.

Cider is a institution around my way .
