I think it would be really cool to be able to move your hips like that
And make those fluid organic movement s. in between.

Combine this with Asiatic s round movement s and a straight spine.
Like T'ai Chi. And you have a perfect dance and/ or workout, smooth.

Edit, my hips can move like that, male just n33d to train doing it rhythmic,
Advise start practice now or die stiff !
