I'm listening to nothing other than ambient sounds, cause my iTunes has been broke the last 2 days. No idea why, but it crashes immediately after starting up. :(

In process of tying to fix now.

From one of my top five albums of last year; it's just the most depressing Phil Spector-esque wall of sound. Whole album just kinda bums me out. Still great though.

It's sad that Freeway doesn't get more recognition than he does, considering his cadence has been lifted and popularised by so many artists including his boss (Jay-Z).

Detox got pushed back for ages because King Mathers by Eminem is coming out within the next 2 months, so they had to focus on that.

Other than that, it's NEARLY done. Should be out this year (then again, it was supposed to be out last yr, and the yr before, and the yr before)

Pharrell & The Yessirs - Out Of My Mind

Let's be honest, Pharrell's solo album? It was a bit shite.

After its release, Pharrell commissioned ?uestlove from The Roots to completely remix the album, only to never release it.

The album in question got leaked a while ago, and the improvement is ridiculous. Pharrell's high pitched voice over late 70s/early 80s era funk with live instruments. It just goes together really nice.

Highlights: I Really Like You Girl & Young Girl.

Where to find it? Piratebay has a torrent, and if you Google 'Pharrell & The Yessirs' you will find links straight away. Cop it.
