Faith No More/Boo Ya Tribe - Another Body Murdered - the original (afaik) Wychwood breweries pub used to have this one the jukebox. They had fine, fine beer on tap and poteen under the counter. This album got played a lot.

Helmet & House of Pain - Just Another Victim (T-Ray Dead & Stinking Mix) - that mix is not on the album but would have been played if it was

Incidentally, did anybody ever see the film? One of those films totally drowned in its own soundtrack. It's not bad... not great neither mind.

^ Could you define why? Beyond the fact "everybody does" obviously. In what way are they not generic country-folk-rock noodlings which drivel on for hours going nowhere and achieving nothing? When not on acid anyway. Cliché lyrics, cliché music. *yawns* I can't listen to 'em on acid let alone without it. Most overrated band in the history of psychedelia. My opinion and all that. You are more than entitled to your own. Neither is correct dontcha know? <3

I don't really enjoy them that much on psyches, apart from the lengthy guitar noodling bits.. I guess I just like the pleasantly simple, chilled, sunny, folksy thing. Or maybe I'm just often too stoned to notice how generic they are..

Good point. I mostly stopped smoking weed years ago (with exceptions naturally - but as a regular thing). I'm pretty sure my tastes have changed since. I'd (obviously) define that as being more discerning due to quality control - you can put up with any ol' shit when stoned enough - but I am (clearly) biased in that ;)<3
