I'm crossing a wide river right now too in terms of...oh wow..spiritual stuff/mental/relational.. and I so haven't got to the other side. I've been idling loads. It was a nod of recognition and agreement to your choice of songs whether you meant them for me or not... ( I may be reflecting I have a v brutal narcissist issue;) )

You are more than welcome, though personally I find it feels good to wallow in it every now and then, but alas at 50 the angst stuff can be embarassing.
