Give it a go, you might be surprised.

Strawberry Switchblade - Trees and flowers

That is such a trippy video - If I was on acid now I think i'd be in tears. It's somewhat reminiscent of Popeye, Olive Oyl and Brutus.. This stuff should be shown on kids TV - though I have heard that 'Tellytubbies' are coming back. That program was so trippy it hurt (especially after boshing Es n whizz all night)

I once shed a few tears as the plane passed over the coast on the way back home. I was listening to a Van Morrison album. I was also had one bastard of a comedown, mind you.

BBC Radio Ulster is on in work most of the time. I have to hear Brendan Shine singing, ''I met her in the Galtymore'' at least once a day.

It's really fucking catchy and you've made me listen to it now :(

I'm so very aware of just how shite it is though.

My non-Irish mate who'll be keeping an eye on me in Cork can't get enough of him.

Says he has one of those voices you just warm to.

I only played him some stuff as a joke.

Now there's a band I'd forgotten.. Very good indeed.

Continuing the 'Oirish' theme - I had some friends from Howth near Dublin and their Grandad would go missing for days on end, only to turn up later saying "to be shure, oi've jus been taken boi the leprechauns so oi have, can't remember a ting!". Strange that no fucker believed him... :)

I also was expecting Grateful Dead or maybe even Allman Brothers.

I was thinking there was some claim due to Jerry's partial Irish ancestry.
