Generic strong, dry cider with a dash of high juice summer fruit squash. Is actually really tasty - squash is mainly strawberry-based so was doubtful but have stumbled onto a winner :)

Also, does 5.5% really count as "strong"? not in my book but doubt Trading Standards would be keen to prosecute. Way better value for money than beer though and a bottle of wine only fills a few glasses (not as few as Kate's glasses though - not so much glasses as massive jugs, I'd say :D) and leaves you wanting more :\

Nothing for fear of horsing into a bag of snoot someone gave me earlier and for the fear of eating some lovely pills I have stashed. Maybe 1 g + t. Just bought a tonic water from India that looks tasty so might try it out

I've noticed that most beers and the like are getting weaker and weaker, and the wines are getting stronger. Hence why I'm on the white wine again. White wines have got some clout these days. I had one the other day which was 13.5%.

This one's a Stowells Savignon Blanc. Tastes a bit limey, but I suspect that'll escape my notice after a few glasses.
 
TG: Agreed on the astute booze observations. Have recently started to sample the occasional white primarily due to the increase in strength. I take your 13.5% and raise you 0.5% to a full 14% - was gobsmacked at such an ABV on a white. Was also really quite tasty :)

Still supping me cider/strawberry concoction.
 
just home from the local-was drinking morgans n white.

early on today had about 8 different beers-pale ales-blonde ales=weizze beer-stout and a few cask beers.
 
Tanqueray with Schweppes tonic water.

Never knew it was a gin from the early rap tooons when I was a teenager

Just saw it at the offie, dusty bottle and whatnot, remembered it was the bootleg of choice for Liotta and DeNiro in Goodfellas.

I couldnt pass it up on the basis of that... . alternating it with drams of Yamazaki 10 ;)

Lynx super , my local offie messed up his order and now has loads of cans of this with only 2 months to sell em , going by the date on the can . £1 . 20 he's doing them for .
They taste pretty rank, but with a bit of lemonade surprisingly plesant.
 
Triple distilled asda own brand vodka with oj, i really like this one as good as or better than any big brand name.
 
A bottle of hock. LOL. It's one of those wines I've always seen, but never tried. And you know what, t'is not bad. Kinda blue nun-ish (which I also don't mind).
 
TEA! cant stop for some reason, been upping my game using a pint glass with a metal spoon in it as a heat sink instead of yer average cup cuz i like me tea and downstairs is far away..
