Would it knock the kratom off your receptors and cause precipitated kratom withdrawal? I recently ran out of sub and switched to kratom which keeps me well. I found half a suboxone in my room and have been tempted to shoot it but I am wondering if there will be any weird/bad effects due to the fact that I am on kratom. Has anyone tried this? I think suboxone is more powerful than kratom, so does that mean there is no precipitated withdrawal?

If it doesn't send you into precipitated withdrawals then the naltrexone will put you into withdrawals from shooting it. I wouldn't bother.
