What would happen if you somehow DID fatally overdose on THC?

What would happen to kill you if you somehow managed to get enough of it in your system? (Like how respiratory depression is the thing that kills you in an opiate overdose)

Actually, I've heard a couple people have overdosed on Marinol (THC pills), I don't know how many they took though, wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much to be an accident.
