Hey, welcome to bluelight.
Unfortunately absolutely nobody can tell you what you have from just about any descriptions you could give. Even if the pills you have happen to be really common presses, you still have no idea whether you have the real deal or a copy containing who knows what. You could have anything from pure MDMA, a similar RC like 5-MAPB, amphetamine, or even straight milk powder with absolutely ZERO active substances. The only safe ways to know what's in a pill or capsule you have is either to use a presumptive test kit that changes colour depending on what it's reacting to, or a laboratory GC/MS machine. Anything else like appearance, smell, taste, or even actual effect is not definitive and really just taking a guess. Even reagent test kits aren't 100%.

There are places like pillreports that may assist a bit further with identifying pills based on their presses, but even then that's still running on the assumption that what you have isn't a 'fake'. These days with the number of RCs getting around similar enough in effects to MDxx to be passed off as such, using a test kit is somewhat of a must
sometimes for this reason it's a good idea to grab a few more caps/pills at once (assuming they're all from the same batch), that way you may be able to test 1 just once and be able to conclude they're all the same.
In the end it's the nature of Bluelight's harm reduction mission that results in the unfortunate "No idea, buy a test kit and find out" response. It's just not safe to give someone potentially misleading advice based off an internet description
