1,4 B does the trick for me (2,5/3 mls combined with a joint) also Fenegran (prometazine) 2 ot the 50mg pills taken with 2mg of clonidine put me out for more than 10 hours. I made so many cigarette burns on my blankets under the influence of those substances....

has anyone tried Sonata?
It's a newer med with a very short half-life, four hours. Eliminates morning groginess apparently.
Just wondering if they're prescribing it yet...

Ambien has a little longer half-life than Sonata and thus less likely to cause any rebound while still trying to fall asleep, and both are relatively free from morning grogginess.
