Ok, that's a strong dose that you just took, but Methylphenidate is not a drug that is dangerous or toxic for you even in high dosages, in the context of taking it just once and not everyday that is.

The melatonin will not interact with it and will not affect you.
Melatonin will also not diminish the effects of Alza 54/methylphenidate so don't take any more it won't do anything to you right now.

You can expect to be very alert and stimulated for a few hours, your heart rate will be accelerated, you will be unable to eat and sleep as well.

It will take a few hours, but the effects will come down on their own, don't worry.

If I may, I have a few recommendations for you.
Are you at home?
If so, you may want to take a hot shower if you feel cold, but don't stay under the water too much, just enough to warm up.

Keep yourself hydrated, remember to drink even if you do not feel thirsty, stimulant drugs make you feel thirst and hunger much less than normal.

Try to keep busy doing something that you like, like listen to music, draw, write, play videogames, watch movies or shows etc, anything that will keep you engaged is good.

Try to avoid calling friends or family unless you feel you need help, since it is your first time with this substance you might sound a bit different from normal, so only talk with people that will not have an issue with you being under the influence.
You will tend to write longer texts than normal, and be more chatty than normal if you have a face to face conversation.

What's up @suninthesky123 Welcome to Bluelight and welcome to the world of psychoactive substances. We're happy to help you out dog. I just had to give you a little bit of lighthearted ribbing. You're in the presence of some of the world's most experienced junkies.

First, there is no reason to insufflate (snort) Melatonin. Furthermore, Melatonin is not a psychoactive substance. It does not produce psychological or physical effects in that way. It is useful only for inducing sleep and taking it orally gets the job done just fine

Your pills contain Methylphenidate (Ritalin; Concerta). Methylphenidate is similar to Amphetamine, but weaker in terms of its effects. If we look at all possible stimulants on a spectrum, we might put Green Tea on the far left, then Coffee, then Ephedrine, then Methylphenidate (it's a pretty huge jump from Ephedrine to Methylphenidate), then Amphetamine, followed by Methamphetamine, the latter being regarded as the strongest stimulant commonly available.

You describe how your focus is affected. This is pretty much textbook. If you look at Meth addicts for instance, you will see them experiencing the same thing to a much greater extent, perhaps scanning the ground like crazy, putting things together and taking them apart etc. This gain in focus is what leads students and workers to use the drug to enhance performance. This leads them to be more focused on material that they otherwise wouldn't have been interested in.

If you took 110mg Methylphenidate in a single sitting, I would expect you to be pretty geeked out and not necessarily in a "fun" way. I wouldn't take more than 60mg Methylphenidate at once and I'm like a garbage disposal for drugs. Past a certain point, the desired effects become overpowered by the physical side effects like palpitations, sweating and anxiety.

I have good news for you, you have a healthy heart, congratulations! If you didn't, you would have known by now...

While we won't encourage you to take drugs, it would be wise of you to come here and ask questions if you ever want to experiment with any substance.

Yea I always found Methylphenidate to be right on the line between an enjoyable high or being uncomfortably stimulated from the side effects. It was never something I felt I could truly enjoy due to the side effects. Likewise, I always felt a harsh comedown from Methylphenidate, like a harshness disproportionate to the strength of the experience.

Methylphenidate is on my mental list of "drugs that would be fun if you were in jail". If I were incarcerated and had nothing to do but stare at the walls, it would probably be a welcomed experience. Out here in the free world, it's a pretty lackluster drug. It's hard for me to imagine all of those little 8 year olds on Methylphenidate going through that rollercoaster every single day while they're developing their concept of the world, their emotions and et cetera.

MPH Is the Benadryl of Stimulants, I got more euphoria from DXM's SNRI activity. At 108mg Concerta It was just forced stimulation with almosting nothing beyond cocaine like side effects. There a reason why Adderall Is favoured over MPH.

Not necessarily, but advising a scared teenager to "expect" psychedelic and deliriant effects and encouraging them to consume alcohol as a counter measure is misleading hyperbole at best and straight up harmful guidance at worst.
