I don't know about it's mg to mg equivalence to heroin, but 12 mg of bupe is actually a very high dose, and yeah, it is pretty potent. When they used it in hospitals in the UK to treat patients in pain, they used it in the microgram range.

Considering my hatred for football, I've spent the day smoking down and watching Netflix haha. ;)

Just smoked my last bowl of Super Silver Haze.
2,400mg's of gabapentin, staggered.
<25mg quetiapine (Seroquel IR) so I can get some sleep tonight; I spent the day half-asleep and stoned.
Melatonin.

Really got a craving for some sublingual diazepam and of course, more trees!

dude people up here take up to 32mgs a day. this one kid got outta jail and put on a ankle monitor because his addiction was so bad the hospital and jail didnt want the hassel . he claimed to use between 7-10 GRAMS of ECP per day wiith benzos and a gram of a-pvp. nutbaag!

1.5mg of Xanax on top of a $20 of coke. Really pleasant combo, haven't had the urge to drink like I normally do.
 
Last dose of dilaudid before im off to bed.
Its never enough and it loses most effect after a day of it lol
how pointless this all is.

Cant forget some nicotine mixed in. Helps a little.
