so far maybe 1-1.5mg melatonin and a grapefruit. in about an hour or so will add in 15mg valium.
200mg oxycodone instant, orally over about 3 hours.. yup tolerance is a bitch. the slightest hint of a nod at the peak. Dont think I'm complaining though, I do feel higher than I have in many years
10mg temazepam just now. See how things go, probs add 10-20 more on top of that.
melatonin is a naturally occuring hormone, it's commonly available in 1mg-5mg tabs as a supplement. it's released by your body at nighttime and is indicated in sleep hygiene. it basically just makes you a little groggy. as far as sleep aids go it's definitely one of the more mild ones. if you're wired it's not gonna do anything... it's safe, and it's cheap, as well as being OTC. to tell you more i'd have to look it up haha. it's not to be confused with melanin which is the stuff in your skin that gives it color.

Ive noticed a couple knowledgable members here on bluelight dose melatonin, do you guys/gals feel it is effective? And do you take it for sleep or what?

1.5mg melatonin before bed is a perfect dose, anything more is just a waste and will not be significantly stronger.
