AFAIK that special synergy is limited to the 3,3-diphenylheptanone class of opioids (and maybe bioisosteres thereof).
It WOULD be interesting to know if something like dextromoramide (Palfium) has that same synnergy but I've asked around and nobody even KNOWS someone who abused Palfium who is still alive to ask... which I suggest may indicate that it's generally a bad idea.
BTW I believe some first-generation antihistamines were classed as 'opiate-sparing' but I know while patent applications were made and one combination even made it into human trials... but no data on those trials has ever been made public (AFAIK).
Palfium was also mentoned in Trainspotting but ve read its dodgy as fuck. All the same i may try cyclizine with morphine just because lol
