Well I had to add another 2 milligrams of clonazepam and 600mg of gabapentin plus 50mg of meclizine

Had to smoke some more weed too and may I say this Bubba Cakes strain was grown extremely well and cured perfectly

This should make me fall sleep quickly and sleep deep ASF 😴

Hope you're all doin good and bein safe with your usage ,🙏 👋

Just for interest sake why not get a hypnotic benzo for night time or sleep. Clonazepam does nothing for sleep in my exp

Believe me I wish I could but I'm prescribed it for PTSD and as for my insomnia they will only prescribe antipsychotics which personally never worked for me as a sleep aid

Currently I'm prescribed aripiprazole for mania and sleep and that doesn't work for me whatsoever so I just take it occasionally with a benzo or something for the added sedation

As for a better benzos I was barely able to get the clonazepam script in the first place and there's too much fentanyl on the streets where I live to buy them on the black market

I only buy my friends scripts or I'll buy scripts from old people who want to sell them so I'm just kinda stuck with what I've got for now

But being in the US I'm lucky I get what I get so I suppose I should be grateful. 😁

Time for my nightly dose. Struggling a bit with some light wds but needed and expected as I dropt my benzo dose. Had a bad nights rest last night so making sure for a better one tonight 😉

10mg methadone
20mg temazepam
10mg diazepam
50mg trazadone
Few bong hits

Well last night was a success like no other in a long time. Had like 12 hr sleep last night. Woke up a few times but didn’t struggle falling back asleep again. Gonna leave out the Temazepam tonight.

10mg methadone
50mg trazadone
10mg diazepam
Few bong hits.

Keeping it simple and disciplined for as long as I can. Need to restock asap before I use that as an excuse to use other shit lol

One bottle of wine.
Didn't make me drunk, but I did stuff I wouldn't probably have done otherwise. Harmless stuff, but enough to show me that it's a good thing I don't drink much, or more often.

Surprisingly it didn't give insomnia, nor did I wake up in the middle of the night feeling like shit.
Only thing: I'm thinking about breakfast, which is unusual for me.

How is your taper off of bupe going? Down to 2mg? You take that daily?
